Salzburg Cathedral - Austria: The cathedral was first built in 1614 and ended up in 1655, it is probably the city's most significant piece of church architecture and its ecclesiastical center. With its magnificent façade and mighty dome it represents the most impressive early Baroque building north of the Alps.
